Chances are if you call us at Wayne’s you will talk to our Service Manager Jim Christian.  Jim has been in the auto repair business a long, long time.  He started out as a mechanic specializing in transmissions.  In addition to being a mechanic Jim has owned his own shop and been service manager for other shops and dealerships.  We have been fortunate to have Jim at Wayne’s for the last 6 years.

Jim is one of those rare individuals who understands today’s complicated vehicles and can explain why a repair needs to be made in a way that the customer will understand what is wrong with their vehicle.  We are very lucky to have Jim on our team.

Jim has become very attached to Andy, the cat who adopted us a few months ago.  Jim comes to the shop every weekend to let Andy out, feed him, and give him some of the loving Andy richly deserves.  That is why during the work week Andy will frequently lay down on Jim’s desk, right in front where he can not be ignored.
